Laure Prouvost, with Martha Kirszenbaum as curator, has imagined a journey in the form of a fictional film shot during a road trip from Paris to Venice.

Tinged with the utopian and the surreal, the work strives to create an escape from both the tangible and the imaginary, towards an ideal found elsewhere. It is the heart of the installation in Venice and it invites the visitor to consider and question the idea of representation in a fluid and globalized world made of exchanges, connections, and shifts.
