To coincide with the CHANEL 2024/25 Cruise collection fashion show on 2 May in Marseille, le19M is setting up a free temporary gallery that is open to the public in the Fort Saint-Jean of the Mucem. From 3 to 26 May, la Galerie du 19M Marseille provide a space for dialogue and expression between the Métiers d’art and the Marseille art scene.

The multi-disciplinary programme combines contemporary creation and traditional skills, including a group exhibition, roundtable discussions, and practical workshops introducing visitors to these skills. To ensure that the programme is as unique and accessible as possible, it has been entrusted to an advisory board made up of leading creative figures from Marseille and experts in its creative scene: Olivier Amsellem, Emmanuelle Luciani, Charlotte Pelouse,  Karine Terlizzi, Caroline Perdrix et Mossi Traoré.  

The exhibition feature artists, craftspeople, designers, local organisations, and creative spaces from Marseille and other key locations in the history of le19M.
